For questions about information you share with Beekeeper.Tech, contact support@smartbeekeeper.com. You can request access, correction or deletion of your information, or ask about its retention and where it is processed.
Enquiries and reservations
The enquiry form collects your name, reply email, country, product choice, optional phone/WhatsApp number and notes. Device and accessory requests also include quantities; demo requests include scheduling details. We use these details to respond to your request. Reviewing a request does not send it. Sending it does not subscribe you to marketing.
Delivery and service providers
When you send a request online, our AWS-hosted enquiry service passes it to Wix Forms for our team to handle. Wix manages the associated team notification. If online sending is unavailable, you can choose to send the reviewed details through your own email service. That option sends nothing until you send the email yourself.
Duplicate protection and temporary drafts
AWS keeps a request fingerprint and delivery reference to prevent duplicate delivery. These records do not contain your message; expiry is scheduled after 24 hours, with deletion handled asynchronously by AWS. If you explicitly switch the form language, your unfinished details are kept temporarily in this browser tab’s session storage. The draft is removed when read and expires after five minutes. Completed enquiries in Wix and email have a separate retention process; contact us for the retention applicable to your request.
Newsletter
Only when you select the newsletter consent checkbox do we send your email address and subscription choice to our Wix mailing list. You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter or by contacting info@smartbeekeeper.com.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you accept visitor statistics. You can change your choice through Privacy preferences in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to six months. Refusing statistics does not prevent you from browsing or sending an enquiry.
Scheduling, fonts and external links
The booking calendar opens Calendly in a separate tab; information entered there is processed by that service. You can instead request a time through our enquiry form. Website fonts are served from our own website. External links take you to services with their own privacy notices.
Scope of this notice
This notice describes the public website. Connected-device measurements, hive locations and app accounts involve additional processing. Ask for the privacy and data-handling information applicable to your app or deployment before activating that service.
