The early mornings. The long drives. The questions that stay with you after you leave the apiary. That is where our work begins.
Three generations of beekeeping. One drive to do more.
Led by Khaled Bouchoucha, a third-generation beekeeper, Beekeeper.Tech brings together practical beekeeping, hardware, software, and AI expertise.
Our work in connected beekeeping prototypes began in 2016. Today, we build tools that help beekeepers bring remote readings, field records, and practical questions into a clearer picture of their colonies.
Registered in ADGM. Built by a regional team.
Our ADGM company works with engineering and manufacturing teams in Tunisia and our Saudi operating subsidiary in Riyadh. Our field experience includes deployments in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
2016 — Work on connected beekeeping prototypes begins.
2025 — AlUla installation and training; completed MEWA pilot presented in Hail.
2026 — Sharjah project: 120 SmartBeePro devices supplied, within a program aiming to connect 5,000 hives.
Projects with AlUla, Sharjah and Saudi MEWA.
Project via APEXAGRI
Royal Commission for AlUla
Deployment with RCU and local beekeepers. Installation and training took place in April 2025, within a program co-led by RCU and AFALULA and implemented by APEXAGRI. Beekeeper.Tech supplied the technology and field support.
120 SmartBeePro devices supplied, with receipt in January 2026 and deployment reported in September 2026. The program aims to connect 5,000 hives; this is a target, not the number already connected.
Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture (MEWA)
A completed pilot with MEWA. Results were presented during World Bee Day activities in Hail in May 2025, followed by discussions in June 2025. No wider rollout is claimed here.
Beekeeper.Tech’s contracted distribution partner in Saudi Arabia.
A Saudi beekeeping and honey producer with mobile apiaries across the Kingdom. Together, we bring field expertise and connected technology closer to Saudi beekeepers.
Beekeeper.Tech brings together a holding company in ADGM, engineering and manufacturing through IRIS Technologies SA in Tunisia, and the Saudi operating subsidiary Beekeeper Tech Limited in Riyadh. Early beekeeping services and prototype work began in Tunisia in 2016; the ADGM technology company was incorporated in 2023.
