Deployment with RCU and local beekeepers. Installation and training took place in April 2025, within a program co-led by RCU and AFALULA and implemented by APEXAGRI. Beekeeper.Tech supplied the technology and field support.

120 SmartBeePro devices supplied, with receipt in January 2026 and deployment reported in September 2026. The program aims to connect 5,000 hives; this is a target, not the number already connected.
