Prepare a pilot or tender
Start with a scoped pilot: choose sites, device counts, baseline measurements, training and acceptance criteria. Agree the duration and price in your proposal; a 90-day pilot can be discussed.
What should a procurement request include?
Share the number and location of apiaries, device mix, required languages, installation needs, delivery window and procurement process. We prepare an itemized proposal.
What about hosting, exports and data access?
Specify required hosting region, data residency, export format, user roles and retention in your brief. The team confirms the supported configuration in writing; a dedicated or local hosting arrangement is not assumed.
Is an SLA or training included?
Installation, beekeeper training, support hours and response commitments must be listed in the agreed scope. Ask for the service levels your program needs.
